Karol King, CPAEmail
Karol E. King co-founded King & Oliason in 1990 after working for a national accounting firm. Karol has over 30 years of experience specializing in income and estate tax planning and compliance. Karol has served high net worth individuals and their related trusts, foundations, and closely held businesses. In addition, she has worked with real estate and service partnerships and LLCs, and professional service corporations. Karol received her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and her Master of Tax degree from DePaul University in Chicago. Karol is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Natalie Heitzeberg, CPAEmail
Natalie has over 14 years of experience in providing services to high net worth individuals and their related trusts, private foundations, and related entities. She received a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Washington and a M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys trying out new recipes and traveling. She is fully bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Allison Kollack, CPAEmail
Allison has been serving clients since 1999. She specializes in tax compliance, consulting, and planning for high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates. As a trusted advisor for many family groups, she provides consulting on small business issues, family gifting, charitable giving, and tax and estate planning strategies. She has extensive experience serving individuals with complex alternative investments and multiple flow-through entities. She received a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Washington and a M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University with an Academic Honor. Allison serves as treasurer of the Washington Women in Tax and sits on the Planned Giving Advisory Council at Overlake Hospital. In her free time, Allison enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends. Allison also enjoys adventure and traveling the world.

Colleen Loughran has worked in public accounting for over twenty years, the majority of that with King & Oliason. She provides tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base, with an emphasis in services to individuals and private foundations. Colleen has a Master in Taxation and a B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Washington.
Carrie Oxnevad, CPAEmail
Carrie has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington. She worked for a national accounting firm and in private industry before joining King & Oliason in 2000. She is a board member of the Richmond Little League and is an active volunteer for the Shoreline School District.

Donita Pittis has worked with both national and regional CPA firms. She joined King & Oliason in 1993. In addition to providing tax services to our individual clients, she works with closely held businesses, partnerships, trusts, and estates. Donita has a B.A. in Accounting, with a minor in Business, from Western Washington University.

Megumi received her B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting from Seattle University. Prior to joining King & Oliason, she worked at a national public accounting firm and in the tax departments of both high tech and finance companies. Mark joined King & Oliason in November 2020, with 10 years of experience servicing the tax needs of high net worth individuals, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses. He earned his accounting degree and a Master's in Taxation at the University of Washington. Outside of work, Mark enjoys playing golf and watching the Seattle sports teams, especially the Washington Huskies.

Hillary joined King & Oliason in January 2019. She has over 10 years of experience in public accounting with extensive experience serving high net worth individuals, estates, and trusts. Hillary has a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington. Outside of work, Hillary enjoys running and has completed four full marathons.
Kyle Qie, CPAEmail
Kyle is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Master in Accounting. Prior to joining King & Oliason, Kyle worked for a national public accounting firm, where he provided comprehensive income taxation; gift and estate taxation; wealth transfer planning; and charitable planning services to high net worth individuals and their family members. During his free time, Kyle likes to travel, hike, fly drones, and play with his dog, Abbey.

Anna joined King & Oliason in 2015. She worked in the public accounting industry for almost five years before joining our firm. Anna is a licensed CPA and holds a B.A. in Psychology. Her interests include spending time outdoors in all seasons, cooking, travel and photography.

Tani joined King & Oliason in August 2018. She has over 10 years of public accounting experience serving public charities, private foundations, and individual clients. Tani received her B.A. in Accounting from Loyola University New Orleans and her M.S. in Taxation from the University of New Orleans. Tani enjoys hiking, cooking, and traveling, both to explore new places and to visit family and friends.
Tammy Woodmansee, CPAEmail
Tammy graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a B.A. in Business Administration, emphasis in Accounting. Her more than thirty years in accounting has included audit work for a national accounting firm, work as a controller for an international finance firm, and manager of a regional tulip company. In addition to enjoying cycling, walking and golf, Tammy is an accomplished sailor and has cruised from Seattle to Ecuador.
Joe Beauregard, CPAEmail
Joe has a B.S.F.S. in International Economics from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago. He has extensive experience in public and private tax accounting, including working in Europe for a national firm, as well as with a national investment management company. His interests include gardening, traveling, cooking and reading.
Matthew graduated from the University of Washington in 2018 with a B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting. While he was still a student, he interned at King & Oliason. Upon graduating, Matthew joined King & Oliason as a full-time Tax Associate. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time with family in Japan.
Tom joined King & Oliason in July of 2018. He decided to pursue tax accounting after retiring from the U.S. Air Force and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Seattle Pacific University. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and traveling with family and friends.
Lindsey joined King & Oliason in 2020. She received her B.S. from Santa Clara University. Before joining K&O, she worked in public accounting, specializing in high net worth individuals, closely held family businesses, and trust and estate planning. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time with her dog.
Keaton received a B.A. in Accounting from Washington State University and a Masters in Tax, Accounting, from the University of Washington. He worked in the public accounting industry for three years before joining King & Oliason in 2021. In his spare time, Keaton spends time in the outdoors; snowboarding, backpacking, and fishing.

Laura has a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy in Taxation from the University of Georgia. She worked at a Southeastern regional accounting firm for two years before relocating from Atlanta, GA. Laura enjoys creative writing and exploring the outdoors.

Roby received his B.A. in Accounting from the University of Idaho in 2015. He worked in the public accounting industry for five years before joining King & Oliason in 2020. Roby has experience with business, fiduciary, and exempt organizations, and individual taxation; as well as with clients in the governmental, non-profit and for profit auditing areas. Outside of work, Roby enjoys playing sports, traveling, being active, and spending time with friends and family.

Brett Norville, CPAEmail
Brett has Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Management and Accounting as well as a minor in French from Washington State University. His career has spanned both public accounting and work at the IRS. When not preparing taxes, Brett finds his Zen skiing or backpacking in the Cascade Mountains, cycling, playing tennis or going to local concerts.
Katherine received a B.A. in Communications, with a minor in French, from Western Washington University and a M.B.A., with an emphasis in Accounting, at Seattle University. She worked part time at King & Oliason before joining the firm full time in 2013. She enjoys spending time outdoors during all seasons, experimenting in the kitchen, and checking out the local music scene.
Flor graduated from Brigham Young University in June 2018 with a Masters in Tax, Accounting. Before joining K&O in September of 2019, Flor worked for a national public accounting firm. Her tax experience ranges from working with venture capital clients to working with high net worth individuals, family groups, and their enterprises. In her free time, Flor enjoys music, dancing, and traveling.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys reading, writing, creating and attending theatre, and tinkering on various instruments. When she can, she enjoys going camping and horseback riding.

Carolyn joined King & Oliason in 2006. She has a B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Washington. Carolyn has 25 years experience in accounting, including audit work for a national public accounting firm and financial reporting management for a national Seattle-based retailer. She has served as president of the Ryther Child Center League and Coe Elementary School PTA.
Christina joined King & Oliason in 2018 as the Human Resources Manager. Christina has a B.A. from the University of Washington. She has extensive experience in Human Resources, having worked in a variety of different industries. In her free time, Christina spends time with her family and is both a yoga teacher and student.
Tracy joined King & Oliason in 2015 as Executive Assistant to our partners. She is also involved in billing, marketing, recruiting, website maintenance and human resources. She has extensive experience as an administrative professional in the fields of private investments, banking, and manufacturing. She enjoys time with her family and volunteering in the community.
Whitney has been a part of the King & Oliason team since 2010 and wears many hats as the Bookkeeper/Financial Reporting Associate. She provides bookkeeping services for clients and the firm; serves as the e-filing coordinator; heads up our billing department; and prepares simple tax returns. Whitney has a B.A. in Political Science from Western Washington University. Outside of work, she enjoys running, relaxing at her family's cabin and spending time with family and friends.
Meredith received a B.A. in Integrated Studies from Seattle Pacific University before joining King & Oliason as an Administrative Assistant in 2020. Meredith has administrative experience in a variety of fields and supports the K&O team with tax return processing and communications. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, reading, and adventuring in the Pacific Northwest.
Stephanie joined King & Oliason in 2020 as an Accounting Specialist. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping, tax return processing, and office organization. Her professional background includes tax accounting, campus recruiting, and working front desk agent roles in hospitality. She has a B.A. in Accounting, with a minor in Philosophy, from Whitworth University in Spokane. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys photography, freelance modeling, and watercolor painting. When she can, she enjoys going car-camping, backpacking, and visiting her parents in her hometown of Sequim, WA.
Munirah joined King & Oliason in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant, which includes work related to firm-wide communications, tax return processing and facilities upkeep. She has a B.A. in History from Kalamazoo College, Michigan. In Munirah's free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
Maria is the resident expert on computer software and hardware issues. Maria oversees our e-filing process and manages billing, collections and the preparation of financial reports for the firm. She has worked for King & Oliason for over twenty years. Maria has a B.A. from the University of Washington. In her spare time, she practices and teaches kung fu, tai chi, and qi gong and is an avid reader.
